E Village sits on Front Street, the natural line between Historic Uptown and The Flats. From this central spot we’ve welcomed a wide mix of local businesses and nonprofits—giving them flexible, affordable space to start, grow, and thrive.

Our Story

E Village began with a simple idea: make quality workspace easy—to find, to customize, and to afford. Over the years, our brick-and-mortar building has hosted everything from startups and temporary needs like election offices, to established organizations.

Many arrive for the location; they stay for the affordability, the atmosphere and the ability to expand suites. We work with every tenant’s individual needs to the very best of our ability!

Meet the Team

Good people, quick help, no runaround—here’s who keeps E Village humming:

Brad Killgore - Owner

Sets the vision and keeps EVillage moving forward. Oversees leasing strategy, building improvements, and community partnerships.

Dani Rollison - Manager

Your day-to-day contact for tours, leasing questions, and tenant onboarding. Coordinates suite availability, paperwork, and custom build-outs.

Ralph
Yant - Janitorial

Leads cleanliness and sanitation across common areas. Keeps hallways, entries, and shared spaces like bathrooms fresh and ready for business.

Rusty
Yant - Maintenance

Handles repairs, preventative upkeep, and project punch-lists. Works with tenants on minor fixes and supports larger build-out schedules.
