How long are your lease terms?
We offer 3-month short-term leases for pop-ups and seasonal needs, as well as 1–3 year leases for businesses that want a longer commitment.
What suite sizes are available?
Suites range from one room to eight rooms. Some suites can adjoin to create larger footprints.
Do any suites have windows, sinks, or private bathrooms?

Can you customize a space for my team?
Absolutely. We’re open to custom build-outs and adjoining suites to match your layout and workflow.
Is the building accessible?
Yes. We have ADA parking on the east and west sides and two handicapped entrances with push buttons on the front of the building.

Parking is available at the front, east, west, and rear of the building, with front and rear entrances for easy access.
Do you allow marijuana dispensaries?
No. As part of our clean air policy, marijuana dispensaries are not permitted.
